Any ideas what my dream may mean?

About two years ago a close friend emotionally stabbed me in the back and as I result I left the town where I was living and moved to a new life. I haven't given this person much thought in the last twelve months (but naturally was very angry at her for a considerable time). I don't really hold extremely negative ideas about her, I really don't care what she is doing, but the other night I had a strange dream with her in it.

I dreamed that I saw her walking towards me and I decided that I would be friendly as I could be. But when we finally got close enough to talk I looked down and her Right leg had been amputated just below the knee. I was so surprised I just blurted out: "You're leg's off!" and she sort of looked sheepish and that is all I can remember.

As I said, she really isn't a part of my life at all and I don't really bare her ill will, so I realize it is about me, but I am not sure what the dream is trying to tell me. Any suggestions would help me resolve this, because I really don't need this in my head...lol.
