Are one direction "the beatles of our generation" today?
One direction are not the new beatles and everyone including the 1D members know that. But are 1D today's version of the beatles? Being both a fan of the beatles and 1D, I have to say the level of fame for 1D today is much bigger than that of the beatles back in the 60s. Musically, the beatles will always be at a different class than 1D. But in terms of fame, I honestly think 1D tops beatlemania. I've never seen such craze about a band like this before. So I honestly think these 5 lads are the beatles of our generation with all that they've accomplished and with all the fan activity.
