Can I transfer car title of I am still paying the loan?
I am paying monthly for my car. Is possible to transfer the title to someone else? If so is it just going through the dmv or would I have to deal with the company I am paying every month

YOU don't own that car,so you cant transfer it . Check with your financing facility about having someone else taking over the loan !

You do not yet have legal ownership of the vehicle, your finance company does. Before the vehicle can be sold the loan must first be paid in full or someone else must assume the loan.

Nope. You can't transfer the title or trade or sell the car until the loan is paid in full. There is no "switching" of auto loans.

If you are still paying the loan, you will probably not have a clear title. You will need to go to the finance company and have them switch the loan to the new person.
