I would wait until his legal stuff plays out and it is confirmed whether he is done for the season or not...I have him too, that is what I am doing...I did the same thing with J. Gordon...picked him up off the FA and as soon as they said week 12 or whatever it was, I dropped him..not work the bench spot imo
