I'm planning on changing my routine to a 5 on 2 of day routine. This is so I can get weekends of. Ill do as usual, chest and triceps, shoulders and legs. But I want to seperate biceps and back into two days. I'll run or do abs after all the days except chest.

If I only take whey protein after certain workouts, will it yield good results? I work out 5 days a week and usually only take whey after chest and leg day. It s to expensive to take everyday.

I can pick 2 of 3. Alschon Jeffrey, Reggie Wayne or Kelvin Benjamin. I'm also starting Dez Bryant.

I got into a minor accident today in which the front of my car just hit the the rear end of another car. There was no noticeable damage done on either car and we both drove away fine. My question is should I get my car bumber checked out cause after I came home I noticed the bumber had moved a little. I pushed it back in easily and everything else seemed fine.

So should I got to a shop and get it checked or do you think its fine.

Note:

I was only idling the car when I hit the person, so no more than 2-3 miles per hour.

I need a Mac for college. I'm choosing between the 13 Inch Air with a 256 GB hardrive, or the 13 inch Macbook Pro Retina display with a 125 GB hard drive. The price points are only $50 apart so its not a huge concern.

Side note: I'm studying business, so I'll use this computer primarily for excel or word documents, internet and some other basic software like Itunes.

My Dad is finally buying a new car after like 13 years. He's asking me for help in his car search and right now its between Audi and BMW. We're considering the Infinti M, but I don't really think their brand/car is on the same level as BMW or Audi. I think it's more like a Lexus or something.

Also, do you have any car companies that you would recommend?

The Jags and 49ers are struggling, Bradshaw has to split carries with Richardson, so who do you think is the best option.

Are XC spikes worth it? Will I ever use these outside XC races? Btw...I'm a senior so I don't see the point in buying them to use for like five races.

Secondly, why do highschool races happen on grass fields. Most other races happen on concrete so I don't why its only grass races.

I'm doing cross country this year and I want to know if buying spikes would be a good investment. I'm a senior, so I won't be doing much race type running after this other than the occasional 5k. So are spikes worth it, I know there's some pretty inexpensive ones but I don't wanna buy them just to use on XC.

Pretty much I'm asking do you ever spikes outside of school races?

I'm going out for XC this year and I want to know what gear I should buy. Currently, I have two pairs of running shoes, 2 running shirts, athletic shorts and 1 compression shorts. My budget is about 200, I'm a senior so I don't plan to ever do seriousrunning what should i get?

My first practice is tommorow and I'm really nervous. I've run by myself all summer and I do enjoy it. I'm a senior so I know about half the team, and have a couple good friends on it. I wanna improve so badly but I don't wamna die doing so.

I'm pretty good at running and I wanna get a shoe that fits perfectly for me. Currently I'm using my Nike Free's. How much money would you expect to spend at running specialty store? I'm not going for the really fancy one's just a good pair. My budget is 80-120.

Also, do they charge an extra fee for the fitting and all that stuff? I'm not gonna go there, make them tell me a shoe and then buy it somewhere cause that's wrong.

I plan to go out for cross country this year. I've always been into running and had training shoes but I've been told I need spikes for meets. Do you know of any good models? Does the brand really matter, like Nike vs Saucony (50 dollars cheaper).

I'm considering attending the University of Iowa. And recently they've been announced the biggest party school. Is this a bad thing? Will future employers look down on this? I'm not the one to go out and party all night everyday but a couple a week is fine. I've done other research and found pretty good school's are party school's, like University of Illinois or Wisconsin.

There's so many characters and not a single one really sticks out. I think its Tywin Lannister because he's in 28/30 episodes, and represents a big part of the story. Second is the wueen with 27/30 epidoses.
