Should I do Cross Country?
My first practice is tommorow and I'm really nervous. I've run by myself all summer and I do enjoy it. I'm a senior so I know about half the team, and have a couple good friends on it. I wanna improve so badly but I don't wamna die doing so.

You should definitely run cross country. Running gives you good health, good friends, and great memories. Runners have a special bond, and all runners belong to a special fraternity that only runners can understand. There is no other sport like running.
Do yourself a favor, and go out for the x-country team. You will be very glad you did. The nervousness will eventually go away.

Well you say you enjoy running but how much distance do you run? Cross Country is long distance so just think about if your comfortable running for a long time. Other then that you shouldn't be nervous. You know people on the team already so I know you would have a good time! Just make sure you are up for all the running because you definitely don't want to be that person that drops out in the middle of season because you can't handle it.

If you think you should do it then do it also it will make you run faster throughout the season

Do it!!! Haha you won't die! Yes it'll be hard at first, but it's really good for you and fun!
