Workout and protein question.?
If I only take whey protein after certain workouts, will it yield good results? I work out 5 days a week and usually only take whey after chest and leg day. It s to expensive to take everyday.

sure. it much more important to get your calorie intake correct than to worry about your protein intake. if you are eating enough calories then you are getting enough protein already. whey protein is just a supplement that might speed up muscle growth but not by much. gaining muscle is a slow process of adding a little muscle each month which adds up to a lot of muscle over time. i gained a lb of muscle per month without taking any supplements and it doesn't sound like much but in a years time 12lbs of muscle is a lot of extra muscle.
