Body-building routine question?
I'm planning on changing my routine to a 5 on 2 of day routine. This is so I can get weekends of. Ill do as usual, chest and triceps, shoulders and legs. But I want to seperate biceps and back into two days. I'll run or do abs after all the days except chest.

Don't bother with strict routines like that. You'll get the best effect when you do what your body needs. Some days, you'll think you should hit chest but your chest doesn't agree, it still feels sore and weak from 4 days ago. However, your legs are itching for more even though you just beat the hell out of them yesterday. When you learn to feel your body, you'll know what it's ready for. Muscle growth and healing is a parabolic relationship. There's two extremes and a peak in the middle. No app can tell you when your XYZ muscle is at a peak to do the most work and get the most benefit. But you can feel it.
Furthermore, if you keep doing the same thing, you're going to plateau and end up with that hormone slack where you can't even lift if you try for a week or more.
