How expensive are running shoe stores?
I'm pretty good at running and I wanna get a shoe that fits perfectly for me. Currently I'm using my Nike Free's. How much money would you expect to spend at running specialty store? I'm not going for the really fancy one's just a good pair. My budget is 80-120.
Also, do they charge an extra fee for the fitting and all that stuff? I'm not gonna go there, make them tell me a shoe and then buy it somewhere cause that's wrong.

You should be able to find a very good pair of shoes within that price range.
Most stores do not charge a fee for fitting.
There is nothing wrong with buying your shoes at a different store than the one where you get fitted if it is cheaper. That's how the economy works, if they wanted to sell you the shoes, they should be able to match their competitor's price.

There's a huge number of good running shoes that are in the middle of the price range you gave. In addition, if you're a member of a high school track or cross country team and you let the people at whatever running shoe store you're at know, you can often get discounts on shoes.
