Can somebody explain me what "pinagpaguran" means in tagalog? I asked my Filipina girlfriend but she can't explain it.?

"Pinagpaguran", from the root word "pagod", meaning "tired".
It's an adjective to describe something that took a lot of hard work and effort to achieve or obtain.
