SB 76 eliminates school tax on the home...It is replaced by an increase of 1% in the sales tax and additional state income tax...
And is suppose to be revenue neutral.

I would wish the media shut the hell up and never try to interpret anything again. they are so biased and unfair.. nothing they say or report anymore can be believed. Listen to CNN, then reverse everything and you probably have it all about right! No truth in media anymore!

I suspect "the media" think that most people are smart enough to type "http://www.google.com"/ into a browser, and search on "full text of SB76", and read it for themselves, if they are interested!

I also (quite strongly) suspect that you do not QUITE understand that the USA is a "republic" wherein you democratically your representatives, but that then those representatives are constitutionally-obliged to vote as THEY think would be best, not to vote as their constituents may (or may not) want....
(That's why you don't need a House of Lords)
