If you check the 6th row down in link below, These are Roof Rails.

If you check the 8th row down in link below, These are Roof Bars fitted to a Impreza

If you check with www.thule.com/ and check for roof bars then enter your car details it will give you a pack number for the bars and 1 or 2 others for the fitting kit to fit them to your car, Not sure about the snowboard carrier as they are not like a canoe or set of skies. They do do roof boxes that fit to the roof bars which may be suitable for putting snowboards in (I seem to remember an option that fits inside like the roof bars to strap them to)

Try Halfords. They stock Thule and their own brand (Cheaper) but take a snowboard with you to check for correct size. Cheaper would be Halfords own (If they have ones that fit your car) and a box
