Thigh Gap?!?

What can I do and/or eat to achieve a thigh gap?? Whenever I walk, the top of my thighs rub together and get irritated. HELP ME PLEEEAAASE

    Not everyone gets a thigh gap. Even at a low weight your thighs may be touching. It is a hereditary thing, it depends on the shape of your pelvis and legs.

    So I cannot guarantee you will get a thigh gap as a result of weight loss. But for weight loss, you should follow a high fat high protein low carb diet.

    This may be due to how your pelvis is positioned and nothing to do with your thighs I'm afraid. Having a healthy body weight will help but some people are predisposed to it. There are plenty of anti-chaffing creams available from sports stores (runners use it to stop chaffing when running marathons). Hope this helps :)

    You'll have better luck with exercise. Or you could get liposuction like the movie stars do.
