Im a good basketball player but i want to become better so i decided to get either a book or a dvd but im not sure which one?
What is more useful ? If you can name a couple books or dvd's that help with your shooting mainly but i'd also like something to help my all around game

I recomend you get the CD because it will have visual images which will give you a visual representation of a better way to improve your skills. A book cannot show these details.
