Yeah it's this weird trinity thing. See there is one God, yet he is 3. 1. The Father 2. the Son (Jesus) 3. the Holy Ghost.

I know it makes no sense, but that is how it is. They are one, yet the 3 of them are separate. But yes, God sends himself to die for himself. It's weird.

Are you trying to disprove or understand the triune nature of God?

Whichever it is all I can say is don't try to understand with your mind as it will mess you up! You need to get a hold of this truth in your heart. Philippians chapter 2 is good to read. Also John chapter one.

Jesus was the word who was God who became flesh. He never stopped being the part of the Godhead because He took on flesh. What happened is God HAD to manifest Himself as a man, to live as a man and to die for us - be punished for us - to make the way back for us to the Father and also to finally conquer sin sickness and the grave. The blood of goats and lambs wasn't enough so Jesus perfect blood was she once and for all!

If you pray The Lord will give you a revelation of this and set you free from any bondages of misunderstanding you may have!

Jesus as a baby was presented to YHVH which in Hebrew would be called Adonai which also means LORD (caps important).

Yeah, complicated if you don't know. In Jesus earthly ministry he was called Rabbi or Master/Teacher, which may also be translated Lord.

Master, not as in everyone being his slave. But as in a title similar to "Master of Divinity" or having a "Master's Degree".

Jesus was God before coming to earth. He became a mortal human being upon coming to earth to be born as a baby. As such, the parents of Jesus were able to present the human baby Jesus to God according to the Jewish Law.

Why was he called Jesus? His name means "God saves". The angels instructed what to call him. Who saves people in the bible?

Why was he called Emmanuel? His name means "God with us".

Both names convey big "G" God and not some random god.

They were presenting Jesus ( the man ,flesh) they were presenting him to the lord ( God his father) .
