No. However, if you try to enter Canada with a passport which is about to expire, Canadian Border Services Agency agents may wish to ensure that you will be leaving Canada prior to the passport expiring. They may want proof such as a return plane ticket, proof you are employed in the US, details on your plans in Canada, etc. If your passport is going to expire in days... chances are they won't allow you in. If you have a month, they'll want proof you will be back in the US within the month. etc.
