Personally, I wouldn't. They really only seem useful for severe allergies, in my experience. And on top of that, it takes years to complete them so that they would improve your allergic reactions, IF they are going to (which is not a sure thing).

You should take this up with an allergist really, not public yahoo. You may not be immune to everything and doesn't hurt to play it safe. Like me, I am allergic to shellfish and seafood but no fresh water salmon. Its one thing to relate to another persons experience its another thing to get the real determination. See a Dr, it doesn't hurt, if your 78 then you should be wiser than to use yahoo for a question like this., not to sound rude.
