Dutch soldiers told not to wear their uniforms in public, for fear of Muslims attacking?

You couldn't make this up.

Dutch soldiers have been warned not to wear their uniforms, in their own country, for fear of being target and murdered by immigrant that their government has let in.

Makes sense I guess, maybe if Lee Rigby had been wear a Muslim gown he would still be alive.

Is anything ever going to be done about this ?

Or we still saying this demographic being in our countries is a good thing, cause the evidence to the contrary continues to grow.

I think it's disgusting, and a fatal show of weakness. As an American I would wear my uniform with pride and respect in my own country, but not only that I would wear it with pride and respect in 'every other country' on this earth, and if those people or any people don't like it, as far as I'm concerned they can kiss my....and take their best shot in beating or shooting me....because they are going to suffer the counter attack of all US military 10 times or 100 times what they did in return.

Soldiers should be proud to wear their uniform in public in their OWN country, problems only arise because some nations soldiers have committed horrendous atrocities on children women and civilians such as Abu ghrarib etc, because those instances have been exposed doesn't mean all soldiers are to be blamed but there may be a few individuals whose families MAY have been murdered by soldiers who then wish revenge

There are precedents - British soldiers were instructed for years, until the cease fire, not to wear uniform when not on duty, for fear of being targeted by the IRA.

Difficult one, of course - and there's certainly a strong case for intensifying anti-terrorist surveillance and other police/intelligence/special forces operations to take the war to this particular enemy.

The more the West agrees to give up, the closer Muslims come to taking over. This is a BAD decision. The more inches we give up, the more miles they take. They are trying to take over the world. People better wake up before it's too late! Stop appeasing our enemies!

Disgusting. The Dutch are like us (The Brits). We have welcomed these people, allowed them to collonise (they don't want to 'integrate') and then allowed them to change our ways of life and living standards to suit themselves. They are even pushing for 'sharia law'........Stating that they no longer recognize our laws?????

Why have they been given the choice ? Why has this been (and being) allowed to happen ?

Edit. I am amazed at the number of T/D's on this page of people criticizing this action. Is this because many Muslims agree with this non-uniform directive ?

I seen this coming. In country after country the

Muslims are taking over and instaling their

Sharia Law. The world needs to wake up before

    its to late. Beware.

I spent some time in Egypt with the Dutch military and they are great people that will not be in fear of the feeble attacks of these ( fill in the blank) heads!

let them wear their uniform --- they should be proud to wear their country's uniform, let them carry around their diemaco's too, so any koran basher who feels like trying to do a lee rigby on one of them can have their brains blown out.

brute force is the only language these cretins understand

In your own country in Amsterdam ? That is hard to comprehend. Is the Netherlands also overrun already by muslim immigrants like London (UK) is?

I suppose it makes sense but this preventive measure does not make it any easier to understand.

Soldiers are trained in unarmed combat are they not so any soldier attacked whilst wearing his uniform should retaliate swiftly and forcibly. The backlash will be hard and harsh when it all eventually kicks off.
