Oh boy... well, other than obedience training, maybe you could have a family member, or even pay a neighbor or teenager to come over to get to know him better before taking him for a walk and playing with him. That might help him to listen better if he knows them better. The other thing you could do is send them with a bag of treats and use that to train him. Stay, sit, heal... take them on walks. If he knows he will get a treat for behaving, he will behave. You could look online for people specifically trained to walk him, rather than just some regular joe trying to make a buck. Hope that helps.

What I mean by this title is I have several Restrictions from getting hurt at work. I am no longer able to work because of getting hurt at work.

I have a very hyper dog. I love him very much. But I try to deal with him but find myself not being able to too. My husband was very loyal on exercising him till the last year. He hasn't wanted to take him for walks. Play ball with him or take him out for his daily bike run.

I am not able to stand long or walk very far from my ingeries but I do take him out for short walks and I play ball with him every other day when I am not in pain. I have thought of hiring a dog walker for him, because of my dogs need to be walked but no one wants to deal with my hyper dog. They see him and say no can't handle him. I had one person take my dog out for a walk said they would come and walk my 10 year old but they wouldn't walk my 6 year old hyper dog. I am like well if you can't walk him who needs it the most then I'm sorry but I can't have you walk my dogs.

My 6 year old dog is very strong headed and doesn't listen to many people. He will pull on the lead and goes after any animal on the streets if I am not the one holding the leash. He minds me very well but others not so much.

Please he needs more time exercising if you have any ideas on what I can do with my limited ability I would love the ideas.

My 10 year old Lab is a couch potato so she doesn't care if she goes out or not. As long as 3 times a week she can chase a ball she is the happiest dog in the world.

But my other dog isn't so happy with only 3 times a week.

    Thanks
