Complicated relationship help :/?

I really need help :/ me and this girl have been in love for a long time, probably like 5 years, we've been always on and off, we talk almost everyday, so shes like a best friend to me, its been 2 years that i am away for college, so we weren't dating, but we did talk everyday and we still had feelings for each others, then we fought and stopped talking for 4 months, until this summer, to find out that she's dating someone,

When i called her we talked for like 3 hours at night, and she was hesitating about breaking up with him for me or not, because he was so good with her, then after a couple of days, she made up her mind and appeared as if she wanted to say with him and move on... and it really hurts to see her with him.

So every time i stop talking to her, for a like a week, she talks to me and says anything, which brings back all the pain.

What should i do? she said shes over me and wanted me to move on, but she still tries to talk to me after i stop talking to her?
