How to write a generic CV?

I am uploading a CV to a job website where I will be applying to multiple jobs.

There isn't one specific manager...or any that I am aware of.

I do not know the job I am applying for

I can't finalize my profile until something is added to the CV section so I am stuck until I write a general CV.

I was just curious if anyone had a similar experience and possibly some advice to move forward.

    A good CV does NOT have a personal profile on it. Each time you electronically send your CV you attach a covering letter to it, in which you can say why you would be good for a certain job.
