The question is can sperm still be stuck on hand even after wiping it off?

Basically i ejaculated after my gf gave me a handjob. It spurted all over the place, mostly upward my stomach but mostly around my penis and her HAND. Immediately after the ejaculation we used a lot of tissue to clean it all up and wipe everything off that felt wet. Our hands were dry and we were pretty serious about cleaning our hand until it was completely DRY. We even asked each other if our hand were dry before continuing. After that, roughly 10 minutes, i got a condom and she put it on for me. Anyhow we both touched outside of the condom but it was after 10 mins and our hands were dry.

But does that still mean some sperm could still be stuck to our hands? Can anyone that knows about sperm or have sexual exp help me out?
