Food after a HGE attack?
My GSD suffered an attack of HGE about 4weeks ago. After she came out of hospital she was put on prescription can food for a week and then boiled chicken and rice for 2 weeks. I could then add other food gradually but no grain. I've added salmon and sweet potato, poached eggs, non fibre vegetables, raw chicken necks and liver. However she has gone from from 35kg down to 26kg and still going. Can anyone help with her diet please and weight gain.

I suggest you call up your vet, and talk to them. They know her history and details of the event in question. They should be willing to provide you with some follow up advice.
