No. But with Obama saying it would be rare if Ebola got here .. Rick Perry is not the issue. Another mess in the Obama Error. In the past we would have banned all flights from Liberia. But Obama doesn't care.

We should stop all flights from Africa into the U.S. and we should quarantine all the people on that flight who came in contact.
Ebola is fatal without quarantine and treatment so you dont need health care. You can get free care from any public health department for contagious disease which is a public health problem.
