You know that feeling when you pop your ear?

You know that feeling when you pop your ear? Technically, not pop but that feeling you get when there's water in your ear and it won't come out or you yawn when the plane goes up in the air and you can't seem to clear it.

I can still hear but its not the same. And yes I clean my ears.

I have asked on my other question, why I feel dizzy too at the same time this is happening. Is this both relatable?

Your inner ear is responsible for your sense of balance, so yes they could be related. Popping your ears is called the Valsalva maneuver. There is a couple ways to do it... plug your nose and blow gently... stick your lower jaw straight out as far as it will go and lower it a bit. If you think you have water in your ears you can pour a little rubbing alcohol in there and it will dry it up.
