Martellus Bennett or Julius Thomas for week 5?

I dropped Greg Olson a few days ago to get TE Martellus Bennett, since he's the #1 ranked TE, Thomas following him in 4th place overall in the TE rankings. Who do I start in the TE position this week? Martellus Bennet vs Carolina, or Julius Thomas vs Cardinals?

Also, a few other questions, in my FLEX position, who do I start? Alfred Morris vs Seahawks, Steve Smith vs Colts, Golden Tate vs Bills? I bench RB Alfred Morris to place Ahmad Bradshaw in the spot, along with Rashad Jennings. And for my WR's (Golden Tate & Steve Smith), I have Calvin Johnson, and Kelvin Benjamin. I know, my WR's need a little work, but who to start in FLEX?

    Play Thomas. You really can't go wrong either way though. Thomas is the #1 fantasy TE (pts/game standard Yahoo scoring) and Bennett is #2. (Bennett does have more points but Thomas has played one less game). Thomas ia playing at home and has outscored Bennett by almost 2 pts/game. Arizona has allowed the 13th most fantasy points to TEs; Carolina has allowed the 24th most.

    Bennett since both marshall and jeffrey are dealing with injuries plus thomas has a host of other good receivers to compete with
