Es una muy buena pregunta, no estoy segura pero creo que tienen que ser contactos mutuamente, si tu no eres contacto en la cuenta del otro no te llegan las notificaciones de que realizó una pregunta a tu correo, muchos depuraron sus cuentas, tal vez sea cuestión de escribirles y sugerir que te agreguen de nuevo.
