is it possible to co-own a company with your friends but have a final say of all business decisions?

    It depends on what type of company you have. If it is a private unincorperated business, then yes, you must set up paperwork declaring yourself as "director of operations" or "managing partner" or some other such language. If you are incorperated the short answer is no, there will always be a way for the board of directors to overrule you and remove you from office.

    Sure you just need to own 50.01% of the company.

    Whatever you and they agree to forr decision-making is legal.- they probably wouldn't agree to that though

    sure. just make sure YOU have/keep ownership greater than 50%.
