1988 honda hurricane 1000f?

i am lining the gas tank and all is going good but on the bottom of the tank there are 2 nipples and i do not see any hoses for them. what are they for?

also i am using RED-KOTE

Has anyone used this before?

    one is a vent hole for the tank itself, and the other is a fuel overflow vent, the hoses are supposed to run all the way down and exit under the engine between the rear engine mount and the swing arm
