Wichita Ks deer processing?
Does anyone know where I can take a deer to have the meat processed? I'm a hunter and usually take it to parsons in derby but they have closed down anything in the Wichita area would be great

Stroot lockers in mulvane or Goddard is great. They have awesome summer sausage and deer sticks. Deer bacon is great too. I have only found one locker in our area that takes deer after business hours. Marks meats in Halstead. During archery season you can call the owners cell phone and he will get you in the cooler to hang your deer.

Just look in your Yellow Pages for meat processors / butchers near you. Call and ask if they do deer.
