Ontario auto collision! I was 60 percent at fault for the accident. How to settle? Look below:?

I was involved in an accident with another car. I was 60 percent at fault. How will I settle the following losses. Be sure to show all calculations and amounts to be paid out.

(a) I had a vehicle damage in the amount of $3000. I must take a cab to work for 5 days. The cab fare each day is $25. I do not suffer any physical injuries.

(b) The other party had a vehicle damage in amount $4,600. While the car is being repaired, he is using wife's vehicle so he does not need to take a cab or bus to work. Unfortunately, he was on his way up north to do some fiishing and all his fishing equipment in the amount of $1,200 was destroyed in the accident. No injuries were suffered.

Just hand all receipts to your insurance company, that is what you are paying them for.
