  • Ontario auto collision! I was 60 percent at fault for the accident. How to settle? Look below:?

I was involved in an accident with another car. I was 60 percent at fault. How will I settle the following losses. Be sure to show all calculations and amounts to be paid out.

    (a) I had a vehicle damage in the amount of $3000. I must take a cab to work for 5 days. The cab fare each day is $25. I do not suffer any physical injuries.

    (b) The other party had a vehicle damage in amount $4,600. While the car is being repaired, he is using wife's vehicle so he does not need to take a cab or bus to work. Unfortunately, he was on his way up north to do some fiishing and all his fishing equipment in the amount of $1,200 was destroyed in the accident. No injuries were suffered.

  • Help advice about a friend?

Alright so I genuinly thought I made friends with a nice normal girl

until I started hearing about her personal problems in her life,

and how she would always want advice...so I gave her advice helped her out

she has this wierd obsession over this guy she met and he doesn't even talk to her anymore

but she has been very obessive about him and talks about him all the time when he doesn't give a crap about her and has pulled himself out of her life.

She would send me literally paragraphs about him and it would irritate me so I just ignored it, and after awhile, like I was busy with school, and stuff so she would always ask me for help so I snapped and basically told her she's being annoying, well her text and she wouldn't even ask how I am it would go straight to her problems...So I told her that I don't sit around and listen to people's problems everyday sort of thing and I apoligized later cus I felt like I was rude about it plus I said I was gonna kick her out of the group project...I think I was being a bit harsh and confronted and said sorry about it and we are cool now but how come I feel so guilty inside, I rarely snap on people.
