I have Japanese question. What does Puccho and Pucchito mean?

Update:

I know it's a type of Japanese candy and I know that Puccho is spelled ぷっちょ in Japanese. Unfortunately, I don't know how Pucchito is spelled in Japanese. Anyway, I was wondering what these words mean translated from Japanese to English. All help is appreciated. Thank you.

Pucchito could be written as 「ぷっちと」

These don't really sound like natural Japanese terms... maybe two foreign ones combined?
