Is ebola coming to the UK?

    I would assume so because:

    1) Ebola is in Europe in a few countries I think...? (I am positive about Spain)

    2) UK has many Arabs and Africans, all from Africa, and that might cause someone to bring it to the UK with them. Hopefully a cure comes out soon before everyone has it.

If it does come to the uk I wouldn't worry we are a rich country and we can deal with an outbreak. We have good equipment and medical facility

Inevitably yes although I think it will manifest itself here like an outbreak of severe Influenza. The young and fit and healthy will get better. Africans are mainly poor, undernourished; many suffer from HIV and other chronic illness and medical services are poor

Almost inevitably. It is already in Europe.

However, that is not a reason for panic. If intelligent protocols are followed, the exposure of the public can be hugely limited.

I hope so. If it becomes more virulent and wipes out half the world's population there will be plenty of well paid jobs and housing for the survivors

I don't somehow think it will. Our health service is much better than that of west Africa, and our prevention strategies mean that cases will be detected and isolated long before they can spread,
