What happened with Yahoo mail today? My Sent & Draft folders show "Me" instead of my e-mail address.I don't have Enable Conversation checked.?
To clarify: Sent folder shows Me instead of to whom I sent the email (not my email address), and Drafts folder changed to Me but I got so ticked off I emptied it. I also don't like it that messages in Inbox show in To line as Me instead of my name. This is NUTS! I've gone back to Basic view for now in Settings.

Same here. I am using Yahoo Business Mail so I called last night their support line and was told that it's a known issue and to expect 24-48 hours for a fix. I complained that Yahoo never sends a notification when something breaks and we are left wondering if we screwed up or not, and when we call for support, we usually have to wait 1 hour to be told it's a known issue- always the same thing. Another thing that is not working is the "Default Send Email (alias)", in other words, if you have configured multiple aliases in your account and have chosen one as the default sending one, Yahoo doesn't take that default alias but uses the primary email address... disastrous. Also told it's a known issue like the previous one and that it appears to be a problem with the new interface.

Whew! I thought I'd done some crazy key strokes together or something! Well folks, I guess we'll have to assume there's a glitch somewhere - find comfort in knowing that it's happening to a lot of us! That usually means that it will correct itself just as mysteriously as the issue appeared! If it was just happening to one or two of us, we'd NEVER figure it out! Noticed there is no option in the "Writing an Email" section of the "Settings" either! So even if you wanted to remove the option to save a copy of the Sent emails at this point, you couldn't! Something we'll just have to live with I suspect...

I thought I was the only person with this issue. All of a sudden tonight it shows "Me" listed all the way down in my sent folder. I don't have time to search through every "Me" to find what I need. I am livid. It took me forever just to find where I could send them an e-mail. Really, a tech company with no way to contact them? If this isn't fixed soon it will be "So long, Yahoo mail!"

Getting the same problem. I don't mind seeing it in the Inbox, but in the Sent folder it's worse than useless. Come on Yahoo, get your act together. Hire some QA or something for crying out loud.

I have this same problem - I don't care to see "Me" in my sent folder. Of course I know that all sent emails are from me! Good grief. I do also vaguely remember that something like this happened a year or two ago, but eventually it got changed back. I hope YAHOO that you are paying attention to all these frustrated people. I thought it was something I accidentally brushed - some combo of keys that made it jump to this. I've wasted 45 minutes checking thru every "Help" item in your website and find nothing that tells us how to fix this ourselves, so I assume it is something YAHOO must have to fix on their end. I was going to go thru my "sent" emails today and delete a lot of the old ones, but I had wanted to sort them by sender to make it easier to decide which I want to delete, but now I can't because they are all from "Me". Please fix this ASAP Yahoo!!!

This also just happened to my emails (I was going to say Me but not a good idea!!!). Not just all the way down my Sent items, but also to any messages I've received in my Inbox. What the hey, Yahoo???!!!
So what's the problem? Is there a bug? I'm scanning my computer now. If Yahoo has a problem then we all appreciate it being fixed ASAP. Nobody's going to appreciate having their email accounts compromised by whatever this is.

Same problem. Sent Folder showing only 'me' in place of recipient. Another problem is that I am unable to send emails to some email ids. It keeps on bouncing back.

crud you're not kidding. I've been sitting here for the last 3 hours trying to figure out what the heck I did to make this happen. I'm glad I found this site to see I'm not alone. I'll wait a few hours and come back and see if it's fixed! DANG!!!!

No answer, even though I have trawled through Yahoo Help pages to see how to fix the "me" problem, so this note is to add weight to the call to Yahoo to revert back to the previous format, which showed the recipient details. Yahoo is a generally a good e-mail system to use (and I have used it for years) but it does do some funny things from time to time!

Same bloody awful problem. I've spent hours trying unsuccessfully to find a way to set Sent items to "To" (which I need to know) instead of "From". Strangely, I already know who my sent items are from! How do I get back to the old Yahoo! while (if) they get this silliness sorted out? And what's the phone number for Yahoo! support? Cheers!
