Hello,
I am having an issue with my PC. I am administrator and cannot log on to my user profile. I have not forgotten the password. When I try to log on I get the following Message.
The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.
Please Help

It's not an issue with your credentials. The service that authenticates your credentials is failing.
Restart the computer. If that doesn't work, use the OS disc to repair the OS.
We need more information (what were you doing before it was locked? Was something installed/removed recently? Any new hardware added?).
