My boy friend is ignoring me because i cheated on him so now he is cheating me back!?

So my boyfriend and I date while we were in India and then I moved to U.S we continued our relationship. My boyfriend trusted me a lot and so did i. Last year fall i met this guy at college we got in relation and i cheated on my bf in India. After a while i realized am wrong so i broke up. My bf in India knew about me dating a guy from here and he told me to stop dating him but, i lied and i said i stopped when i was still dating him. So the guy in here and i broke up on May and he my ex went and told my bf in India that we had physical relation well ya we did but not sex. So my bf in India said he forgive me for what i did and he added saying that, he will **** around with girls to make it equal between us. He is dating a girl and they have sex everyday and he is ignoring me. We rarely talk and i cry everyday. I am guilty of my actions and i realized i was wrong. i really wish i never made that mistake but he thinks am a slut. What should i do?
