Why do I feel so uncomfortable when I hear people whistling or singing?
Especially when they're whistling. I feel so uncomfortable I know it's irrational to want it to stop when people just do it randomly not even doing it to annoy me.

Perhaps you have sensitivity to the higher frequency and though you are not consciously awar of the pain your.unconscious is and is attempting to get you to stop the damaging sounds?
