Diastix test .....?

As you're talking about you being on the keto diet, have you bought the correct test strips? The ones you need are called Keto Diastix. These test for both glucose and ketones in the urine.

If you have bought the correct test strips, you dip the test strip into your urine ... or pee directly onto it ... and remove the strip immediately.

After 15 seconds you check the colour of your test strip against the colour chart on the test strip container for ketones. (That will be the pink area of the test strip.)

After a further 15 seconds you test the second part of the test strip ... the green-brown area ... against the glucose chart.
