I have a neighbor and he has a lot of cars in his driveway but there's also a lot of people living in that house so i'm not for sure if there his or someone else. But i'm 17 and i'm really in need of a car i only have $32 to my name so i was going to try and make a deal with him I will start working 11/04/14. Is there any ideas or suggestions?

My suggestion is to start working and save up some money before you consider buying a car. Nobody is going to sell you a car for $32 down. People who sell their cars generally want to get paid in full. Most 17 year olds do not have cars. I didn't get my first car until I was 19 (and it was only $900). You just have to accept the fact that you are young, and you're not going to have a car for at least a few months. Just work hard and save your money until you can find a car within your price range. You also need to remember that cars cost a lot of money besides the car itself. You will need to pay for insurance, gas, and repairs. Don't spend every last dollar you have on the car, because there will always be something else you have to pay for. At your age, insurance will be VERY expensive, so plan accordingly.

Don't bother until you save up a reasonable amount of money.
I promise that all his cars are worth way more than $32.

Yup, everyone here is right. I didn't get my first car till 19 and it cost me $3,600. It was a 2000 Honda Accord SE and then there was registration that cost me $99. And then insurance that was $117 down first payment and then $105 monthly.

$32.00 isn't enough to get the car registered and insured. You need a lot more money.
