Is this the correct pepper plant?
I bought some carolina reaper seeds off amazon (thinking this where legit) and I've been dreading the fact that they weren't. So the plant is finally starting to produce peppers and this doesn't look too much like a carolina reaper plant so far. I don't know if it's still too early to tell or not but does anybody know what this looks like?

I think at this stage it's too difficult to tell exactly what kind of pepper it is but it is definitely in that nightshade family. It's not producing peppers YET from what I can see. I think usually when you get seeds it is what it says it is, so I'd just wait and see what happens.

Ask about it in this chilli forum, the members there have a very low opinion of seeds purchased from such places as Amazon and Ebay.
