Do I have issues or why can't I stay away?

Question

So I was with a guy for 5 years and then he ended up cheating on me and got a 30 year old woman pregnant (we are in our early 20s) and our relationship ended. We never officially broke up but once it was known what he had done we just automatically stopped talking to each other and the last thing he told me was that I didn't deserve that. 
4 months after no talking and no communication what so ever we got in touch again and I honestly can say I no longer have feelings for him but I feel like I can't stay away from him now :( I know I don't need or want him but we seriously argue as if we are together and go out places together and even stay at each others houses and all of it really gets to me even more than when we were together. Idk what to do or how to go about my feelings :( why can't I just stay away from him even if I know I don't love him and I was fine those Couple months with out him???

Maybe because its familiar, it may not be the relationship aspect of it but the familiarity of it , perhaps you like the feelings you have when your with one another or the person you are around him.. i really dont know it requires looking at it from various different angles ... ask yourself some dynamic type of questions and try find out a little bit more about yourself.. you could find some interesting things about yourself that could take you away from that situation with no pain or regret .. there are so many ways you can be and so many different roads you can go down in this world.. lets not make this a defining point .. dont let his actions or what he decides to do define your life,  branch out and go on the road of finding out what you truely love in this world.
Your life does not have to be defined by relationships, try make it aboit the person you grow into. Good luck x
