Gemini Sun in the 12th house and Sagittarius Moon in the 5th house?

How does this workout? Gemini and Sagittarius are polar opposite, should the person have conflict within themselves? How does gender affect this combination?

the sun is all about self-expression, but here it's in your 12th house which is the area concerning all things hidden and in the past. so your gemini sun will be "hidden" in a way, and the gemini traits won't be expressed well or openly. your sagittarius (fire) moon is in the fifth house (ruled by leo - fire), so this is a pretty comfortable place for your moon to be in. the fifth house is all about play, romance, and fun. the things you find enjoyment in are all sagittarian things - travel, philosophy, learning.

  • The Sun represents the native's main personal goal in life. Sun(Gemini) in the 12th house seeks to work from behind the scenes. They enjoy expressing themselves in a creative manner and are usually highly idealistic and philosophical in their view of the world. They can be reclusive and shy, particularly with those they do not know well.

The Moon represents the native's emotional needs. Moon(Sagittarius) in the 5th house has a strong need for approval and admiration from others. This type is likely to be very warm and charismatic, with a love of children and leisure activities. They have no qualms about frankly saying how they feel. The creative drive is strong and there is usually a love of adventure.

If these two are opposed, it is likely that the parents separated early in the native's life or were disharmonious. They native may have overly idealistic views about the way relationships are supposed to work and the roles the sexes are should play in them.
