we are a soul who moves on until it again takes yet another form in a family group as before( in most cases.) there is only the dissolution of the old outworn body which returns to the matrix of nature and is then recycled for general use.
we have several bodies such as astral mental causal soul etc. om Shantih.

There can be life after death.
That wouldn't mean that there is no death at all, since we can clearly see that people do "die." Death has a definition that is provided by its occurrence; however, the nature of life is actually far more confusing and less explained.
For example, we can kill a variety of things with a variety of tools and events, but we cannot create life except through the very limited means of biological reproduction, and even then we are largely limited to reproducing life forms, not bringing new forms to life.
And so, if we cannot actually determine where life comes from or what it is, it is possible that after death, which is the ending of life in a living thing, life might pass on to somewhere else and not actually be destroyed. In that case, though we cannot identify its design, there certainly could be life after death.

How can there be no death nat all when you see and hear of people dying??? Yes!!! The bible teaches that there is definitely life after death, but only for the elect that the Lord has died for. But not for the unsaved. The bible teaches that the Lord has prepared a place for his elect. We die and our souls goes to heaven. The bible teaches that when the Lord returns, the christians will have a new body. A glorious, sinless body and we will forever be with the Lord. The unsaved will and do die and exist no more the bible teaches.

Yes, there can be life after death. The bible supports this at John 5:28,29. After Jesus healed a man earlier in that chapter, he later said:" The hour is coming, and it is now, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who have given heed will live. . . . Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.”

You'll need to take that up with the superstitious, theologians and mystics...
Actual reality and real evidence says nothing about it, you die and that's it...
EDIT: You will see a lot of people here, referring to the Bible as a source to assure you that there is. Yet they have never been able to show the Bible as anything more than a Creation myth of ancient superstitious peoples.... so whether you want to accept their claims or not is up to you, but do it based on your understanding of what it is...
An ancient, unsupported except in the 'faith, beliefs and religious claims' of the followers, collection of stories falling into my first category...

Yes there is life after death,
Do we all have a soul ? yes is there a Heaven? yes it's a place of pure beautiful white light 10,000 times brighter than our sun and the love and peace from God's light is so intense and powerful it's beyond words crystal pure absolutely pure.
When the Holy Spirit fills the soul with the same love that it has and God the Father and Jesus has it feels it for all of creation and mankind there's nothing better than becoming one with the creator.

Death is a transition from this life to the next.
For Christians it is a transition to the presence of Jesus, and life with him ever after.
For others it is a transition to a place of torment, to be followed by the Great White Throne Judgment and the lake of fire after.

Death takes many forms. One changes a thought or an idea is a form of death as that though or idea no longer exists. Nothing physical is permanent but that which is us, our energy, does continue on into other lives and existences.

No.
I don't need to guess.
I have seen many of the dead and as an eye-witness I assure you, they don't go anywhere or do anything. They are dead.
If a person were skeptical enough to not trust even his own eyes, why would he accept such a bizarre idea as people being alive when they are long dead and dust?
