1. There would be no ISIS had GW not lied us into a war in Iraq.

Just as there would not have been a Great Recession had Bush not stolen the 2000 election. There are all kinds of bad things that would not have occurred had Repubs not had full control for 6 solid years, and veto power in the final two. They trashed the place. Then folded their arms, while obstructing all efforts to speed the recovery - like little children.

Obama doesn't have any strategy, he is given different options for strategies....and then he picks one he likes the best....the thing is, our country has no clue on how to fight this type of thing, with out looking like barbarians, and following certain rules....
