Florida residency question?

I was born in Florida, and lived there for 14 years. I had Florida residency because of this, obviously. Then, in 2010 my family and I moved to the United Arab Emirates and have now lived here for 4 years. I am applying to colleges in Florida now, and I was just wondering, do I still qualify as a Florida resident? I have visited Florida 3 times since living overseas, but haven't stayed longer than 2 months at a time.

No, you are NO longer a Florida resident. Visiting has nothing to do with residency.
