Hello
U.K
6 Points and £300 fine if you were given a Fixed Penalty ticket
6 - 8 Points and up to £5,000 fine If it goes to court
If either of you have a Full car licence which you got less than 2 years ago you will come under the New Drivers Act. 6 Points or more and your licence is automatically REVOKED.
The points must stay on your licence fora minimum of 4 years from the date of the offence.

You will receive a fine of £300.00 and 6 points on your licence. If the owner of the car allowed you to drive then they are also liable and will receive 6 points and a £300.00 fine. If you are caught then the car will be impounded and you will be liable for the cost which is approx £140.00 + £20.00 a day storage.

Already done it? - wait and see for the fine or summons in the post.
Considering doing it, don't.
The owner either permitted the uninsured use, and is liable for points, & a fine,
or
the driver is further guilty of TDA

Hit and injure someone that way and the penalty is limitless. Think. And you won't drive again legally in this life.

Loss of drivers license, huge fine and loss of your vehicle. Jail is also a distinct possibility.

Depends on what you do to get pulled over.
End up killing someone, manslaughter charges, prison time.
