Issue with DLC?

I downloaded a dlc that had Dark Link some weeks ago, and today is the supposed release day if the dlc and villain patch. I still don't have patch nor the dlc. What do I have to do?

    Did you go to the eShop and actually download it? It is not already downloaded yet, you only bought and downloaded the license to get it. You still have to go download it.

    Also the patch is likely to be released later in the day.
