Texas Governor Rick Perry wants to encourage the US government to ban Visas for Africa?

Former Texas Governor Perry wants to ban visas which have already taken place much more effective. How about banning travel to infected areas which was done by airlines that stopped flights into these areas so go ahead ban flight from Africa cause there are none, Perry is such a fool.
