We are all on the same boat we tend to get angry at someone no matter how bad or serious the issue is but, what is really awful is that we always seek revenge. I have, always been that way after I, do it I feel better then all of a sudden I feel guilty. All over the world everyone feels anger and it does no harm but it only does harm based on our mental state. I remember this past summer my ex and I went out had a blast then all of a sudden she hated me for something ridiculous. We had a disagreement she balled her eyes out I thought it would have been a good idea; that we y’all settle for the night. I got out of her vehicle; than all of a sudden I accidently hit her car door on the tree. She burst began hitting me I got out to look to make sure that (there weren’t any scratches) etc. She got out and took a look then she punched me saying I never hated someone in my whole life. A week later I texted her saying well it will happen this way you can hate me unfortunately your hatred doesn’t die with me it grows. So you run out into the night to hate another face and another and another. Until one horrible morning when you wake up you’ll realize that hatred has become your whole life and you won’t know why. After she replied saying that I was an, a**hole but she’s been battling demons of her own.

Last week I was angry at my ex-girlfriend so I created and published a website about her. She is livid and, she went to my office looking for me.

In my universe I always analyze people to test their strengths to see if they can measure up to his or her expectations; however it is not simple. What amazes me is, that there are men and women who, simply won’t confront his or her opponent’ or enemy simply because of intimidation or fear. In the work field or in the US Army there are so many people who AWOL or simply refuse to join because of their insecurity. I get offended because America was always a fighter now when I talk about fighter here is what I describe it as.

Fighter:

A fighter is someone who has the encouragement, someone who fights to the end someone who doesn’t want to be walked all over on. Or is not willing to be judged by (someone who thinks poorly) of him or her. A fighter accepts a challenge made by his or her opponent who called them out and is willing to beat them at their own gain.

Coward:

A coward is someone who is intimidated someone who doesn’t have the guts to face someone who is calling that person out. A coward goes along with things just to see how the opponent reacts and performs while on the floor. A coward is someone who doesn’t stand up for what he or she wants and would make excuses as to why they refuse to do such thing. A coward is someone who won’t go somewhere or even try to hunt those who are asking for them.

Last Friday I officially published my website to discuss the details about my ex’s background, the reason I did it. Was to, send out a warning to other, men that she’s not the person that everyone thinks she is. In order to handle situations where women who we are dating are rude, are disrespectful and unappreciative so we can determine whether to continue dating them or dump them to find a better quality woman.

When I met her, I knew she was going through something. Like a fool, I elected myself as her caregiver and ended up being dragged down, ripped apart, and lost. I could only take so much and I would finally tell her about herself in the nicest straight-forward way possible and she would get defensive and attack my behaviors with much conviction. I would believe it and feel worthless and miserable. Now I can't even trust my own judgment. She used to tell me that she was confrontational and argumentative but I wasn't. I was just trying to communicate while she wanted to avoid, and this would just prolong my misery. She would also say I just wanted a power struggle, or that I was competing with her. After I published it I received two text messages from her saying “who the h*ll are you”? “I dare you to come to LA you psychotic freak”. Accept I am scheduled to fly to LA this Friday and I have been anxious since and I am convinced that we might bump into each other.

If a colleague you don’t know and you don’t know why they hate you, it is simply important to ask them calmly and nicely. But most colleagues don't approach his or her hater, if they know what they are capable of something drastic or something that can leave them hurt. Or it could leave you in embarrassment. If they are nasty to you or start swearing or being violent, simply walk away and don’t bother trying to talk to them again until they start being civil. Some people can be given second chances to realize that you aren’t really a bad person and they have nothing to hate you for. But that’s always not the case and they just won’t want you in their life, it is important to not waste your time fretting about why they don’t like you.

Throughout my career I had people resent me for many reasons; the reason they do is because I tell them things that they don’t want to hear. Everyone lives in their own world but once their universe is invaded they will go to any means to defend his or her honor.

Everyday men and women all over the world are experiencing heartbreak others deal with rejection in so many, different ways. But, most ex’s go and do the unthinkable ex-lovers have the right to, live in peace and try to find ways to avoid any contact with the one they used to date. However it doesn’t matter if the man or the woman ended the relationship they still believe that there’s still a chance. But in reality it’s over rather they like or not but there are reasons as to why relationships end. Most relationships end due to “infidelity” or they grow apart most relationships end due to (verbal or physical abuse).

I recently got out of one because my ex was abusive I was surprised that she hasn’t called and begged for me back. It stung a little but I had to do what was right for me but even throughout our relationship it was toxic we had arguments most of everyday and some of it was over nothing. We’re both lawyers we have a busy schedule but her attitude towards me took its toll etc. Last month one of my friends made a website and he posted photos of his ex then wrote untruthful statements about her. She filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against him and a trial date is set for next September.

Last week my ex exposed my dating profile to my boss, I was humiliated. I didn't go after, her like a mad man but I stayed offline for a while.

A couple of days I left my phone behind back at my condo I had to go out of town for the night but I had to let, my maintenance guy in. Last Thursday I refused, to pay him because he had done a poor job working on tiles I wanted put into my floor. I discovered that he was an illegal alien from Mexico he saw one of my ads I posted so he called me asking if he could work on my condo. I said yes at the time I was currently seeing someone at the time in “West Hollywood” but now she doesn’t want nothing to do with me due to some messages he sent.

On Monday he looked through my phone and got her contact information including my (legal partners) email address. He sent her a sexual text that scared her I’m not surprised it’s disgusting no woman should ever have to read something like that. She blocked my number, my email address and everything else. I returned home last night he told me. He sent her messages I punched him in the face and I slammed his head against the wall I told him to get out. I wanted nothing to do with him I don’t know if she’ll ever talk to me again after what he sent I’m doing well now I have a practice to run but it still stings. It’s really painful it’s hard to motivate by having to get up in the morning especially after you just had a breakup for something you never sent. It’s going, to hurt for a couple of days but things will better but who knows what will happen down the road.

Standing up for myself was really challenging if, I'm used to letting others have their way. Or if I'm a people pleaser, once I trimmed myself down to suit everyone else, it was all too easy to whittle myself away; learning to stand up for myself is a way of ensuring other people respect me and don't try to push me around or manipulate me. Unlearning the old habits of self-effacement and gaining the confidence to stand up for myself didn't happen overnight, but my journey to improvement starts with showing my identity.

Last night, my girlfriend and I had a fight because I made a joke. She got offended and told me that "I don't ever want to see you again". This morning she still acted immature making threats toward me saying she'll block my number until I said enough was enough I stood up to her by stating:

"I'll tell you my location only if you stop your, nonsense and acting like a child. This has gone, on long enough yes I screwed up I accepted responsibility it won't happen again. We're both adults we're professionals enough with the fighting and the threats my nerves are shot. You either act your age or I'll block your number!

Once you're cooled off and you're ready to talk then I'll give you my location".

Yesterday my girlfriend and I had a fight this morning I created a strategy for the both of us to use so it can avoid a, conflict of interest.

"In order for the two of us to work this out there has to be a strategy put in place so we can both re-establish a, positive communication. If we can or cannot agree, or disagree on this term, it will permanently damage our reputations. We can simply realize that we are both intelligent, thoughtful people with an opinion differing from our own words. But this is what I am bringing to the table: I will do my own transportation, we will schedule a time and place to meet, I will show up on-time, if I am running late or if I cannot make it I will let you know before-hand. There will be no arguing or verbal/physical abuse (if there is an issue you like to discuss please discuss) it before we get together and not when we meet up. I expect that when we do meet that you treat me with respect and communicate with me like an adult, loving and friendly manner. Talk about fun things or bring up something exciting like an event or something you’re doing. There will be no negative topics; or things that happened in the past or any baggage you have that wasn’t resolved".

In the dating scene we stumble across people that we find attractive most of them turn us off for multiple, reasons. What angers me, is that I sometimes find myself getting involved with someone who is a player. In today’s society I find that there is no such thing as a real relationship or love it’s how I feel it’s not like how it used to be. Someone told me all it is, is sex and casual hookups I agreed life is too short to play games but women have been doing it all their life. I’m not saying all women do but (most women do it to lead them on) it’s really immature we try to avoid these kinds of people but it’s hard because of how attractive they are. But most women aren’t attracted to us but it’s perfectly natural we’re not going to be attracted to everyone we see on the streets. It’s like when a woman asks me out if I’m not interested I just be honest and tell her so she understands. It’s not good to say let me think about it or ignore the person because it cause the man to chase them. I had a woman tell me “the reason I ignore him it’s because I don’t want to hurt his feelings” I responded you’re hurting his feelings by ignoring him. Being straightforward by telling him you’re not interested will help him understand so he can move on.

I am an American lawyer working in Canada for many years I have had clients come to me asking me if he or she can, cross the border. With a pending charge, through my experience it depends on what the accused was charged with. Our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will screen the individual who comes to our Port of entry. If the accused has been charged with an offense such as assault, theft, mischief, murder, rape, sexual assault or other serious offenses such as drug possession? Those are crimes of Moral Turpitude a client asked me that will his criminal harassment charge cause him to be denied entry to the US. I told him no because criminal harassment is not Moral Turpitude if a border officer were to have seen it on his or her screen he would be fine. Customs however can put a note that the traveler has (a pending charge) but any offense that’s Moral Turpitude will compromise anybody’s chances of entering the country.

Most people don't realize the way the electoral system is set up in this country. Granted you have the power to elect but you lack the power to "select" and that's the problem. Former Texas Governor Perry wants to ban visas which have already taken place much more effective. How about banning travel to infected areas which was done by airlines that stopped flights into these areas so go ahead ban flight from Africa cause there are none, Perry is such a fool.

A lawyer’s footnotes and quotation marks would have satisfied a research definition and their paper would, have most likely been acceptable. Some lawyers have an ego issue, and were unwilling to give proper respect for original thoughts of others, which indicates a basic immaturity that does not equate well to a person in leadership. A Harvard Law School professor personally knows men who have attended the War College, and they are pretty normal guys, and are among the most humble people I have ever known. This was not a foolish mistake, most lawyers papers were a lie. A lie that would impact the lives it would seem recognition is more important than truth to these men very disappointing.

A complainant who has accused a suspect of committing a crime has the right to retain his or her legal counsel; there are a lot of reasons, as to why this happens. Anyone who has been, accused for committing an offense shouldn’t stress out about it because it can be really good for the defense. The complainant or the victim who hires a lawyer hires them for a specific reason.

1.To get an update to see what is happening with the case.

2.They may have submitted a false report to the investigating police officer or detective.

3.They are concerned about another event and may want the lawyer to address these matters to the judge.

4.The victim’s lawyer may want to talk to the accused lawyer to negotiate or work something out.

Cases which involve an accused and a victim to hire an attorney means that they’re both guilty of a crime accept one of the individuals is innocent. If the victim lied to the police or if the police found new evidence which proves that the accused is innocent there are big controversial facts. I advise my clients that if the victim’s lawyer is in the courtroom remain silent don’t shout out or confront him or her. It is called “conflict of interest” if you have concerns as to why the victim hired a lawyer share your concerns with your retained counsel.

Every woman will go through a time where disrespect is the main problem (indeed, these situations are one of the biggest sticking points of the dating scene which interferes in the man’s lair). Playing games is basically the negative stage wherein women want to prove that they still have the upper hand in the relationship. The best way to beat her games would be to let her know that you value self-respect more than anything else. People should start being themselves it is not normal for people to go out and copy other people’s work or, judge them for who they are. There should, be a point in society that people think differently people write differently. When I read them it has nothing to do with the subject the reason I defend myself is to teach the accuser to quit making assumptions. And show some respect unfortunately it is due to the fact people are low they have no class. I understand but I learned to avoid all these situations that’s what I do (people bury me so they can build themselves up). I saw it I lived it I understand it’s no surprise to my advantage but this world changed it hasn’t been the same. This is why I became an “introvert” because I don’t like being around people due to the negativity. There has been, a lot of people on the internet who believe that they’re smarter than everybody else. One of the things I was taught in law school is that I'd never been able to agree to the same things and that being a corporate lawyer is something that's part of who I am as an individual now. When I attended Harvard Law School I learned that most US laws have no compassion but the criminal justice is administered without compassion. I'm not sure I can say that there is a clean line between me and other individuals but I know the difference between stupidities and genius is that a genius has its limits. A lot of negative people intellect and may be confused, but their emotions will never lie to me. My bad attitude is something that makes a big difference.
